Hi! Nice to meet you :~)

Rachel Lee © 2026

Hi! I’m Rachel , a Product Designer who figures out what to build in complex spaces, and holds that bar until the work ships. My principle is to craft with care: staying close to what's true, designing with the full picture in view, holding the line on quality, and bringing people along so nothing important gets lost.

How I work

  • I stay with ambiguity long enough to develop conviction, then help teams move forward with it.
  • I shape decisions about what to build, how to build it, and whether to build it at all.
  • I hold quality as complexity grows, making sure the final experience lives up to the thinking behind it.

A two-phase redesign where retailer trust became the key to unlocking a larger structural change.
